Job Description

**We are seeking a self\-motivated, experienced, professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Specialist. Customer Support is at the heart of the EasyKeys experience. We operate in a time sensitive environment to deliver thousands of products all over the world.** This is NOT a remote position. Our office is located in Charlotte, NC. **Schedule:** * Monday – Friday (Full Time) * 8:30 am – 5:00 pm ET (mandatory unpaid lunch break from 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm ET) **What We're Looking For:** * Creative mind with desire to think critically by finding solutions to complex key and/or lock issues * Mechanical thinker who has the capability to visualize and understand how lock mechanisms operate * Strong capacity to listen, understand, empathize, and problem solve without becoming bored of repetitive tasks * Enthusiastic attitude with drive to provide the highest quality service * Superior communication skills to build genuine connections with customers (written and verbally) * Conflict resolution and de\-escalation expertise * Ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses * Desire to work successfully, both independently as well as in a team environment * Comfort working under pressure in a fast\-paced environment * Effective time management and prioritization of day\-to\-day tasks * Excellence at multi\-tasking while providing a convenient hassle\-free experience * Commitment to adapt to ever\-growing needs of our clients by learning about new products and procedures frequently * Capacity to make decisions quickly by balancing company guidelines and customer needs * High degree of dependability and motivation * Dedication to remaining consistent in proven abilities **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous customer service experience within the past 2 years * Advanced understanding of basic office applications, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Experience with Zendesk® **Responsibilities:** * Efficiently handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our ever\-evolving inventory * Advise customers with detailed information about our products * Provide outstanding technical support to troubleshoot product issues and concerns * Data entry of purchase orders * Process refunds for returned inventory and restock * Navigate various software programs and web platforms to provide superior customer care (Easykeys.com, QuickShipKeys.com, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, PayPal, eBay, etc.) **Hourly Rate:** $19\.00 per hour **Benefits:** * Paid Time Off * Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Life Insurance * Accidental Death \& Dismemberment (AD\&D) Insurance * Voluntary Life and AD\&D * Voluntary Short Term Disability * Long Term Disability * Supplemental Insurance * 401K Eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of full time employment.
