This role is critical to ensuring quality delivery across all workstreams and achieving seamless system integration and business readiness. **Your role** ------------- * Define and implement the overall testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA transformation. * Cloud transformation (RISE offering). System conversion / brownfield / greenfield approaches and SAP Activate methodology. * Develop and maintain test plans, frameworks, and methodologies aligned with program objectives. * Lead and manage test teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and performance. * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate stakeholder engagement. * Drive defect management, including triage, resolution tracking, and reporting. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle. * Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to validate requirements and deliverables. * Provide status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to program leadership. **Your skills and experience** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience. * 8\+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Proven experience managing large\-scale ERP testing programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA. * Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. * Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. * Preferred Qualifications + SAP certification or experience with SAP Activate methodology. + Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models. + Experience with automation tools and performance testing. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 \- $193,440\. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
