Job Description

The Solutions Executive drives new business growth by leveraging deep MSP industry expertise to consult with enterprise clients on workforce solutions. This role requires proven experience selling or delivering MSP/VMS programs, combined with the ability to design and present comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that address complex workforce challenges.Required Experience & ExpertiseDemonstrated experience selling MSP or VMS solutionsDeep understanding of MSP solution components including VMS platforms, direct sourcing, statement of work management, payroll services, and how these integrate into comprehensive workforce programsKnowledge of industry-leading technology and service providers across MSP solution categoriesProven ability to engage C-Suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders in consultative discussions about talent acquisition strategyResponsibilitiesDrive new MSP business within the North America Enterprise market, executing account strategy and collaborating with global teams as needed to secure opportunitiesQualify opportunities and deliver tailored MSP recommendations and solutions to prospective clientsCollaborate with Lead Generation, Marketing, and other Allegis Group companies to identify and develop new business opportunitiesSecure and conduct meetings with senior executives to assess their workforce challenges and MSP/talent acquisition strategyIn collaboration with Solution and Bid Managers, design and present MSP solutions that address client requirementsBuild relationships with high-level executives through a consultative approach to human capital acquisitionClearly articulate Allegis Global Solutions' capabilities and value propositionDeliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and strategize on pricing models for MSP engagementsLead the consultative sales process to close MSP opportunitiesPartner with Operations and Implementation leadership to establish realistic go-live dates for new and expansion engagementsIdentify and respond to integrated talent opportunities across AGS' RPO, MSP, and Procurement Solutions offeringsManage the full sales cycle working with Bid Management and cross-functional teams to win new businessTrack and monitor all opportunities in Salesforce CRMTravel as necessary to support customer activity and participate in industry conferences/summits• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of Business Development experience with significant exposure to the MSP industry • Proven ability to work within a strong culture that has established BDprocesses • Proven solution sales experience and results • Ability to build a diversified global sales plan • Experience working with multiple internal functional leaders to collaborate on the solution design in support of our integrated sales process. • Previous experience in the recruitment, executive search and/or corporate human resources industries preferred • Experience working (and performing) independently and within a team environment to manage all aspects of a sales cycle • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships • Ability to think creatively in order to influence and shape business decisions forclients • Commitment to providing excellent customerservice • Strong written and verbal/presentation skills (to include the ability to effectively present to large customer groups • Proven ability to multi-task, perform under pressure and manage tightdeadlines • Highly organized, with exception attention to detail • Anticipates needs and works proactively • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time • Participation in industry conferences/summits including speakingengagements • Participation in internal company (strategic) business meetings, team building events, education and development workshopsLocation disclaimer: This position is open to North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, and Washington. Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $115,000-140,000 + Commission potential Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
