This is a consultative, relationship-first sales role — not a high-pressure pitch environment.Magic connects U.S. small businesses with high-quality remote workers. Our Sales Consultants serve as trusted advisors to SMB founders and executives, helping them diagnose delegation bottlenecks and match the right remote solution. You will receive 50+ warm inbound leads per month from businesses that are already seeking a solution. Your job is to listen deeply, understand their situation, and guide them through a confident decision.
