We combine advanced biomarker testing, wearable data, and medical record integration into clinician\-reviewed, personalized 100\-day action plans covering nutrition, supplements, exercise, and lifestyle. About the Role We're looking for a licensed physician to join our network of telemedicine providers supporting members on their weight management, hormone health and metabolic health journeys. You'll deliver personalized, evidence\-based virtual care — combining clinical judgment with lab and biomarker data — to help members achieve sustainable results through various treatment options. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with the flexibility to work synchronous video/phone visits, asynchronous reviews, or a mix of both, on a schedule that fits your life. What You'll Do * Conduct virtual consultations (synchronous and/or asynchronous) with members seeking support for weight management and metabolic health * Review biomarker, lab, and wearable data to inform personalized treatment plans * Prescribe and manage medications where clinically appropriate (e.g., GLP\-1s and other therapies), in line with best practices, clinical guidelines and applicable regulations * Incorporate principles of longevity, hormone health, and lifestyle medicine into care plans where relevant * Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our clinical platform * Ensure care delivered meets all applicable telehealth, licensing, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For * Active, unrestricted **California medical license required**; multi\-state licensure strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses) * Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Endocrinology, Cardiology) * Experience or strong interest in **weight management, fertility, metabolic health, longevity, hormone therapy, and/or lifestyle medicine** * Prior telemedicine experience preferred * Comfortable practicing in a data\-driven care model (labs, wearables, biomarkers) * Strong communication skills and a patient\-centered approach to virtual care * Reliable internet access and a private, HIPAA\-compliant space for telehealth visits Pay: From $150\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Application Question(s): * What states are you currently licensed in? * How many hours a week could you dedicate to consultations (async or sync)?
