As a Sr. Consultant, Project Management, you will lead the successful delivery of large, complex, cross\-functional programs and projects in support of Human Resources. You will partner closely with project sponsors and business leaders to drive business value and deliver meaningful outcomes.
This is not a traditional project management role as you will operate as a strategic partner and co\-owner of outcomes, helping shape initiatives from concept through execution. You’ll apply your expertise and judgment to select, tailor, and adapt project management approaches to best fit each project’s needs, ensuring success in a dynamic and evolving environment.
You may also lead and mentor other project managers, leveraging your experience to guide teams, strengthen execution, and elevate overall project delivery capabilities.**What you'll be doing**
* Lead large, complex HR initiatives end\-to\-end, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk
* Establish strong partnerships with sponsors, project owners, and cross\-functional leaders to define vision, success criteria, and decision frameworks
* Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance, constructively challenging assumptions, and driving informed decision\-making
* Direct all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and change control
* Select and tailor project management tools, methodologies, and governance (e.g., agile, predictive, hybrid) based on project needs
* Adapt project strategies as priorities, risks, or conditions evolve to maintain momentum and protect outcomes
* Drive clear, actionable communication that promotes transparency, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders
* Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and lead mitigation planning and execution
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex challenges impacting scope, cost, timeline, quality, and risk
* Ensure project outcomes align with broader HR and enterprise strategies
* Act as a subject matter expert in project management best practices, coaching and mentoring team members and peers
**What we’re looking for**
*Must\-Haves:*
* Proven ability to lead large, cross\-functional projects or programs in complex environments
* 5–7\+ years of project management experience aligned to the responsibilities of this role
* Strong experience applying multiple project management approaches and adapting method
