Role OverviewThe Assistant General Counsel will provide legal advice and guidance on commercial, contractual, and regulatory legal matters, with a focus on technology transactions and consumer-directed benefit solutions. The ideal incumbent will provide legal advice on specialized areas of law, including ERISA, IRS and DOL regulations, federal healthcare laws, privacy and intellectual property.What You Will DoStructure, draft and negotiate contracts for commercial technology transactions, work with business clients on contractual and regulatory exposures, and provide legal counsel on corporate, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters.Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience with commercial transactions, including experience with technology and SaaS transactions, and a Juris Doctorate Degree.
