Top performers are rewarded generously.Career Growth: We promote from within and invest in our people through mentorship, continuous learning, and a transparent career ladder.Winning Culture: Join a collaborative, high-performing team that pushes boundaries, celebrates wins, and supports each other’s growth.What you'll do:Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market clients — from prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closeBuild pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and referralsDeeply understand client challenges and align them with the value of AffiniPay’s industry-leading solutionsDeliver high-impact product demos and business case proposals to decision-makersNegotiate sound financial agreements which are solid business solutions for our software solutions and our clientsAccurately forecast and track sales activity in Salesforce; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue goalsAbout You:3+ years of full-cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS sales to mid-market or larger accountsDemonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quotaConsultative, solutions-focused selling style with the ability to influence and educate buyersSelf-starter with strong business acumen, confidence in deal strategy, and comfort navigating complex orgsCompetitive edge, but also a true team player who shares best practices and lifts others upProficiency in Salesforce; experience with tools like Gong or Outreach is a plusDemonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceBonus Points:Experience in legal tech, fintech, or selling into professional services verticalsFamiliarity with value-selling frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC)Additional Information: Estimated on-target earnings (OTE): $140,000-$170,000. This role includes uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to exceed your earnings potential based on performance. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
