High-Level Bookkeepers

\*\*1099 Contractor Position\*\* Accounting Firm is in need of High\-Level Bookkeepers. General Purpose: We have long been a leader in the virtual accounting industry and are expanding and growing our team of qualified virtual bookkeepers to aid in handling clients. Our positions are progressive and have the ability to grow into more once an established relationship is formed. A qualified candidate would have the following characteristics: Advanced knowledge in: Netsuite QuickBooks Online Stripe Shopify 4\+ years experience in: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Bank Account/ Credit Card Reconciliations \& Entries E\-commerce Multiple Clients Advance Skills in Using Excel Creating advanced reports Entering and maintaining budgets and forecasts Exporting Shopping Cart sales (experience with Shopify, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Amazon Payments, Stripe, Square, etc.,) and processing them in the accounting system.) Experience booking merchant processing transactions, fees, and reserves We are looking for candidates who can work a minimum of 25 hours a week to start during daytime hours in US\-based time zones; and then be able to work into more full time hours 35\-40 a week. The candidate must have dependable telephone and internet connections and be able to work efficiently and remotely, work independently with accuracy, be resourceful, and pay great attention to detail.
