Youll be the onshore anchor for report accuracy, defect triage, and BI best practices across 40+ enterprise reports.What Youll DoValidate data across multiple sources and investigate discrepanciesReview existing reports/datasets and deliver a 30-day assessment of risks and improvementsGovern and optimize Power BI workspaces, including permissions, models, and refresh logicWrite/interpret SQL and partner with offshore/IT teams on Azure Data Lake and BI pipelinesLead a daily 911 AM ET overlap window with offshore resources and align work with business needsWhat You BringStrong hands-on Power BI experience, including workspace governanceSQL skills (intermediateadvanced) and understanding of Azure data environmentsWorking knowledge of DAX, Power Query, ETL/ELT, and BI architectureHighly independent, proactive, and comfortable in ambiguous, fast-changing environmentsStrong communicator who can challenge assumptions and translate business needs into data solutionsContract Details6-month contract with strong potential for extension or conversionWorkload expected to last 12+ monthsFully remote, but must work Eastern Time Zone hours daily (mandatory)Originally posted on Himalayas
