Full-Stack AI Engineer

ABOUT iQDigital iQDigital builds and operates AI\-powered software: web platforms, mobile apps, and the infrastructure behind them. Our products are live, in the hands of a large and growing user base, and generating revenue. We are a small, fast\-moving team, which means nothing you build sits in a drawer. It ships, users hit it, and you see the result the same week. THE ROLE We are looking for a versatile developer to help run, scale, and expand our AI platform end to end. This is a broad role by design: hosting and running AI software, keeping the infrastructure healthy, building the web and app surfaces on top of it, and shipping new features fast with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting. If you know a decent amount and you know how to use AI tools well, this role is very doable. We care far more about range, judgment, and shipping than about years on a resume. WHAT YOU WOULD BE WORKING ON Cloud and hosting: deploying and running applications on modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, Vercel, or similar), DNS, storage, CDNs, SSL, cost control. Servers and DevOps: containers, CI/CD pipelines, environments, logging, monitoring, uptime, incident response. Databases: schema design, queries and optimization, migrations, backups. SQL and NoSQL. Backend: APIs, authentication, subscriptions and payments, webhooks, background jobs, rate limiting, caching. Frontend and web: responsive interfaces, dashboards, landing pages, marketing sites. Clean, fast, and mobile\-first. AI engineering: integrating LLM and model APIs, prompt and context design, embeddings and vector search, agent and tool\-use workflows, evaluation and quality control. AI\-assisted development: using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic workflows to ship several times faster than a traditional dev cycle. Automation: internal tooling, scripts, pipelines, and anything that removes manual work. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Important: you do not need to check every box. We accept a wide range of applications and we are not filtering for one narrow specialty. This role is intentionally versatile. We would rather have a curious generalist who can figure things out than a specialist who only touches one layer. We are interested in you if any of these describe you: You lean infrastructure: servers, deployment, databases, keeping things online and fast. You lean backend: APIs, data, integrations, systems design. You lean frontend: interfaces, design sense, polish, user experience. You lean AI: models, prompts, agents, retrieval, evals. You lean automation: glue, workflows, scripting, no\-code and low\-code pipelines. You are a strong generalist who has touched most of the above and can learn the rest. You communicate clearly and often. You use AI as a force multiplier rather than treating
