**Position:** Client Services Representative
**Location:** 171 S Pine St, Telluride, CO 81435 *This is not a remote position*
**Schedule:** Full\-Time \| Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
**Starting Salary:** $60,000\-70,000/year, depending on experience
**Start Date:** Immediately

We are seeking a motivated, service\-oriented Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our Telluride office. This role reports directly to our Director of Personal Lines and serves as a key point of contact for both new and existing clients.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, professional, and eager to grow within a dynamic business. Insurance experience is welcome but not required. We are far more interested in finding someone who is dependable, personable, driven, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Do
* Professionally answer and triage inbound calls, emails, and walk\-in client inquiries
* Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, and insurance documentation requests, including Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property Insurance, and Certificates of Insurance
* Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements under agent guidance
* Support agents with new business intake, proposals, and client correspondence
* Coordinate with insurance carriers to help resolve client issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate client records and document activity in our client management system AMS360 (Vertafore)
* Collect and process client payments
* Help manage day\-to\-day administrative operations for the Telluride office
* Build strong client relationships through responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful service
* Continue learning about the insurance industry and our clients’ unique needs
* Support the broader team wherever needed
* Other dutioes as assigned
What We’re Looking For
* 1\+ year of customer service, administrative, hospitality, or office experience preferred, but candidates from all industries are encouraged to apply
* Strong, professional communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and comfortable learning new software and AI tools
