**Job Title:** Remote Short/Mid Term Rental Property Manager (AirBnb / STR experience required) – Contractor **Company:** TDY Hero **About TDY Hero** TDY Hero connects military members on **Temporary Duty (TDY)** assignments with trusted property hosts offering mid\-term rentals (2\-6 months) across the United States. We are a concierge 3rd party that coordinates housing stays between service members and property owners across the country. We do not "manage" properties for property owners. **Job Overview** We are seeking a **Remote Property Manager** with a background in **short\-term rentals or property management** to help manage and coordinate stays for our military clients. This role involves coordinating between **military guests, property hosts, and internal support staff** to ensure smooth bookings and exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing **Airbnb or other short\-term,** who enjoys working with people and solving problems quickly. This is a **fully remote, contractor position** with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities * Manage military guest stays from Initial contact to checkout. * Communicate with **property hosts and clients via phone, email, and messaging** * Coordinate with **virtual assistants** to ensure smooth operations * Resolve guest or host issues quickly and professionally * Provide a high level of customer service to military members and hosts Requirements * Experience in **property management or short\-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, STR preferred)** * Comfortable **speaking on the phone with clients and hosts** * Background in **property management or hospitality** * Ability to manage multiple reservations and situations simultaneously * Experience working with CRM (Hubspot), Rental Management software (Tenant Cloud) Compensation \& Schedule * **Contractor position** (1099\) * **Bi\-weekly pay** * **Flexible schedule**, typically afternoons aligned with **Eastern Time** * **Referral / affiliate program** with additional commission opportunities Bonus * Experience working with **military travelers or government lodging programs** * Prior **military** experience **or military spouse** Pay: $22\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour Benefits: * Referral program Application Question(s): * How many short\-term rental properties (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) have you managed? * Do you have experience working with military travelers or government lodging programs Education: * Associate (Required) Work Location: Remote
