Our team is small, sharp, and obsessed with turning one\-time buyers into loyal customers — and we're looking for someone ready to own more than just their own accounts. Your mission: write the copy and run the project management for the 5\-6 pod accounts owned by your Senior Retention Manager, while owning the day\-to\-day retention strategy for your own 1\-2 accounts.
