MB\&A offers enterprise\-class applications on the Salesforce AppExchange and provides management consulting services helping innovative organizations change the way they do business by leveraging Salesforce and AppExchange products. **ABOUT THE ROLE:** Millsapps, Ballinger \& Associates (MB\&A) is seeking a **Senior Salesforce Solution Lead / Functional Architect** to support the delivery of Salesforce\-based mission solutions for federal customers. This role is responsible for working directly with customer stakeholders, MB\&A leadership, product owners, architects, technical teams, and external partners to translate mission needs into clear Salesforce requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, delivery priorities, and adoption plans. The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce consultant, business systems analyst, solution lead, or functional architect who understands how to bridge business needs and Salesforce delivery. This person does not need to be the primary hands\-on developer, but must have enough Salesforce platform fluency to guide solution conversations, identify risks, communicate tradeoffs, and ensure implementation teams are building toward the right business outcome.
