Job Description

**Location: 100% Remote** **Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon\-Fri** **Duration: 6 Months (Potential to extend)** **Compensation Range: $38\-40/hr** Join the dynamic Content Design team at a Fortune 500 Beverage Manufacturing leader to shape messaging for large\-scale digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with creative professionals to elevate brand voice and translate complex concepts into engaging, purpose\-driven narratives. This is an exceptional opportunity to sink your teeth into full\-funnel marketing work and drive tangible business outcomes for a industry\-leading portfolio. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and refine clear, engaging, and on\-brand copy for a range of channels and audiences, from product marketing and lifecycle emails to ecommerce landing pages and educational articles. * Collaborate cross\-functionally to create cohesive, user\-centered content that complements the visual design. * Maintain consistency in tone, style, and voice across all content. * Edit, proofread, and update copy through an iterative and collaborative process. * Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure messaging aligns with broader company and product initiatives. * Contribute to content strategy by identifying opportunities to improve user experience and audience engagement. * Manage multiple projects at once, meet tight deadlines, and work in a dynamic cross\-team environment. The person in this role will work in a fast\-paced, highly collaborative environment, juggling approximately 5 projects across a bi\-weekly sprint process. Major responsibilities include: * **Multi\-Channel Digital Copywriting:** Crafting copy for emails (which accounts for at least 50% of the workload), landing pages, website content, and in\-product marketing text (e.g., pop\-up notifications). * **Brand Voice Management:** Learning and comfortably switching between two distinct brands\-the corporate brand and a specific sub\-brand for their e\-commerce platform. There is also an opportunity to help evolve these brand style guides. * **Collaboration:** Working in tandem with designers, project managers, brand directors, and regular stakeholders across 4 to 5 different internal departments. * **Content Types:** Mostly writing for repeatable marketing campaigns and occasions (e.g., holiday promotions like Cinco de Mayo, 4th of July). Stakeholder briefs come roughly 80% formed. It also includes occasional "thought leadership" content (like blogs) involving interviewing subject matter experts. * **AI Tool Utilization:** Using **Copilot** for repeatable, template\-based tasks (e.g., generating standardized summary copy for website videos). **What this role is NOT:** This is not a UX writing position (no crafting of buttons or technical product flows), and it does not involve social media management. **Qualifications:** * 5\+ years of digital copywriting experience heavily focused on B2B marketing, lifecycle channe
