In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to employees and real estate professionals by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system\-related issues while ensuring the efficient operation of business technologies. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail\-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem\-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional technical support. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Provide remote technical support via phone, email, live chat, and remote desktop tools. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application\-related issues. * Assist employees and agents with login problems, password resets, and account access requests. * Install, configure, and maintain software applications and system updates. * Support Microsoft Office 365, email systems, collaboration tools, and business applications. * Document technical issues and resolutions within the company's ticketing system. * Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or management when necessary. * Assist with onboarding and setup of equipment and technology for new employees and agents. * Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides. * Provide training and guidance on technology best practices and cybersecurity awareness. * Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and client information. **Qualifications Required** --------------------------- * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. * Minimum of one year of technical support, help desk, or IT support experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications. * Familiarity with r
