ACCOUNTANT / TAX MANAGER (REMOTE)

We are looking for experienced accounting and tax professionals to join our team, providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and businesses throughout New York and New Jersey. CURRENT OPENINGS: ACCOUNTANT / TAX MANAGER (Revenue Share available) * Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services for assigned business clients * Strong QuickBooks Online experience required, ProAdvisor certification preferred * Work directly with clients and manage ongoing accounting needs * Earn up to 50% of revenue generated * Opportunity to build a recurring client portfolio TAX PREPARER Seasonal \& Year\-Round * Prepare individual and business tax returns * Assist clients with tax questions and planning * Experience with Drake Tax or similar tax software preferred * Individual and/or business tax experience preferred * Seasonal and year\-round opportunities available BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT * Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations * Work in QuickBooks Online, ProAdvisor Certification preferred * Assist with financial reporting * Help maintain accurate client accounting records * Support tax and accounting engagements ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT * Client intake and coordination * Communicate with clients regarding documents and appointments * Collect and organize tax/accounting documents * Scheduling and general administrative support * Strong communication and organizational skills required WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Professional and reliable * Strong attention to detail * Good communication and client\-service skills * Ability to work independently * Tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience depending on position PLEASE APPLY HERE: https://taxprosg.com/join\-our\-team/ OR VIA EMAIL: INFO@TAXPROSG.COM Please send your resume and a brief description of your experience, the position you are interested in, and your availability.
