Outpatient Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian

Healthier Tomorrows, a nutrition practice based in Chicago and offering virtual services to clients throughout the country, is looking for experienced and committed registered dietitians to join our team. We offer clinically excellent, individualized, trauma-informed and compassionate nutrition counseling to clients and families. Our outpatient practice has been thriving for 17 years, and we are looking for registered dietitians who want to be a part of our mission of hope and healing!We are seeking registered dietitians who: Have experience and commitment to high quality and individualized nutrition counseling Enjoy working virtually but want to be part of a team of RDs aligned in the same mission and to receive clinical and professional support Enjoy collaborating with outpatient clinicians to provide comprehensive care Desire to continue to learn and grow clinically and professionally Feel energized by working 1:1 with clients The primary responsibilities of this position include: Providing comprehensive nutrition assessments and ongoing nutrition support and counseling through individualized 1:1 client sessions Building rapport with clients and families, and creating a space for regular and consistent nutrition sessions Providing dietary and other treatment recommendations, including recommendations for additional clinicians to support recovery goals, if appropriate Collaborating with therapists, psychiatrists, medical doctors, and other professionals Completing clinical documentation of client sessions Education / Experience / Certifications: Registered dietitian licensed to practice in their home state 1-2 years nutrition counseling experience in the outpatient setting, as well as training and experience in eating disorder treatment Benefits: Competitive pay Schedule flexibility – have as large of a caseload as you want, or be part-time if preferred Support in building a caseload that brings you fulfillment Opportunity to utilize Measurement Based Care to support your clients' work and their progress Choice in the clinical areas you would like to focus on and the opportunity to specialize Full administrative support – scheduling, billing, reminders, care coordination Structured onboarding and training program AI supported documentation – charting is quick and efficient​ Opportunities for clinical and career development and growth Clinical consultation and supervision provided, including supervision and clinical hours for the CEDS credential through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals Monthly trainings on a variety of topics to support clinical growth, CEUs are provided Medical/vision/dental available 401(k) with employer match PTO Long term disability insurance Paid parental leave Our practice is completely led by experienced registered dietitians who are committed to supporting dietitians and our profession!
