APS is a portfolio within Raytheon with annual revenues of approximately $4B and supports business growth and technology development objectives. This role is responsible for leading FP&A activities across the business, including coordination and oversight of Current Year Financials, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), monthly forecast reviews, and recurring Short Range Outlook (SRO) reviews with APS leadership. The role includes regular interaction with APS and Raytheon leadership teams.This position is responsible for leading a team of approximately three finance managers and analysts, supporting team development, workforce planning, and alignment of resources and capabilities to business requirements.This role is offered in a remote capacity based on business needs.What You Will Do:Oversee forecasting processes, including month-end close deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and completenessSupport weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial routines including:Annual Operating Plan (AOP)Monthly Forecast ReviewsCash Task Force activitiesCash Tracking ReviewsManage and analyze data from multiple sources to support business and financial requirementsSupport ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requestsCoordinate financial planning and reporting activities with business leadershipQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experienceExperience leading teams, projects, programs, or business initiativesExperience with government contracting and/or Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirementsExperience with Estimates at Completion (EAC), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk and Opportunity (R&O) analysis, evaluation, and reportingU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We Prefer:Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), program cost management, schedules, and/or proposal supportExperience developing and presenting financial analysis using PowerPoint and executive-level communicationsExperience managing multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environmentExperience performing financial analysis, issue identification, and resolution activitiesExperience leading work across cross-functional teamsExperience supporting team development, workforce planning, and influencing business outcomesFamiliarity with Raytheon Financial, Operations, and Supply Chain Policies and ProceduresExperience using SAP, Business Warehouse, PMX, EDIT+, or comparable systems, along with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Existing U.S. security clearanceWhat We Offer:Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a total rewards package that goes above and beyond with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement, and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.Some of the benefits we offer include parental (including paternal) leave, flexible work schedules, achievement awards, educational assistance, and child/adult backup care.Learn More & Apply Now!Remote: This position currently is designated as remote.
