Viral Scriptwriter/Copywriter and Short- Form Producer

Viral Scriptwriter/Copywriter \& Short\-Form Content Producer (60\-80k salary depending on experience) We’re hiring a **viral\-first scriptwriter/copywriter and content producer** who understands how to engineer attention, direct creative execution, and iterate based on real performance data. This role owns **hooks, scripts, formats, and creative direction** for short\-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts. You’ll work closely with editors and operators to deliver a clear creative vision — then refine it using **retention graphs and analytics**. Content Formats You’ll Own * **MrBeast\-style high energy fast paced personal brand videos** * **Green screen explainers / reactions** * **Voiceover\-driven videos** * **B\-roll shot\-cut storytelling edits** What You’ll Do Write **high\-retention short\-form scripts** (20–30 seconds) Develop **3–5 hook variations per video** Direct creative execution across the formats listed above Use our **provided research system** to identify trends, angles, and winning formats Create clear **creative briefs** for editors (beats, pacing, on\-screen text, b\-roll notes) Collaborate closely with the editing team to execute a unified creative vision * Analyze **retention graphs, watch time, and drop\-off points** * Iterate scripts and formats based on performance data Required Skills Proven experience writing and directing **viral short\-form content** Deep understanding of **hooks, curiosity gaps, and retention psychology** Ability to reverse\-engineer viral videos and **recreate formats without copying** Strong command of pacing, clarity, and visual storytelling Comfortable working across multiple formats and tones * Clear communicator who thrives in a **team\-based creative environment** * Data\-literate: able to read retention graphs and adjust creative accordingly Deliverables * **Daily short\-form scripts** (20–30 seconds) * **3–5 hook variations per script** * Creative briefs aligned with editor workflows * Repeatable content frameworks and formats * Iterations based on analytics and performance feedback Bonus (Not Required, but a Huge Plus) Experience working with **high\-volume short\-form teams** Familiarity with **TikTok, Reels, and Shorts analytics dashboards** * Experience in **adventure, lifestyle, or experiential brands** * Background in YouTube or creator\-led production environments How to Apply Please submit: * A **portfolio of short\-form scripts** * **Links to live social media content** you’ve written or directed * Proof of performance (views, retention, engagement) * Optional: a brief breakdown of how you improved a video using retention data We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just write scripts — they **direct outcomes**.
