Job Description
Account Manager — Hypewell
Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full\-TimeDepartment: Client Services / Account Management
About Hypewell
Hypewell is a full\-service digital marketing agency helping brands grow through paid media, creative, social media, web, and digital strategy.
We’re looking for an Account Manager who is highly organized, proactive, an excellent communicator, and naturally good at keeping people and projects moving.
You don’t need to be the person designing the creative or running every ad campaign. Your job is to make sure the client and every department at Hypewell stay aligned, informed, organized, and ahead of schedule.
Think of yourself as the central connection between the client and Hypewell.
What You’ll Own
Client Communication
You’ll be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients.
You’ll:
* Build strong relationships with clients and understand their businesses, goals, priorities, and concerns.
* Communicate updates clearly and professionally.
* Gather information, feedback, approvals, assets, and requests from clients.
* Translate client requests into clear action items for the Hypewell team.
* Communicate recommendations, timelines, results, and next steps back to clients.
* Follow up before clients have to ask for an update.
* Identify potential issues early and help solve them before they become problems.
Our goal is simple:
Clients should always feel like someone at Hypewell knows exactly what’s happening with their account.
Project \& Task Management
You’ll manage the day\-to\-day organization of each client account inside Hyple.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Creating and assigning tasks.
* Tracking deadlines and deliverables.
* Updating task statuses.
* Keeping client information and account notes current.
* Making sure team members know what’s needed from them.
* Following up on overdue or upcoming items.
* Preparing upcoming work before deadlines arrive.
* Tracking client feedback and approvals.
* Keeping projects organized from request through completion.
* Making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You should be someone who naturally thinks:
“What needs to happen next?”
rather than waiting for someone to tell you.
Coordinate With the Media Buying Team
You’ll work closely with our paid media team to:
* Communicate client goals, promotions, priorities, and offers.
* Gather assets and information needed for campaigns.
* Track campaign launches and upcoming changes.
* Make sure media buyers have what they need.
* Understand campaign performance at a high level.
* Help translate media\-buying updates into clear communication for clients.
* Coordinate client approvals when campaigns or strategies require them.
You do not need to be an expert media buyer, but you should understand digital marketing well enough to communicate confidently between the client and the team.
Coordinate With the Creative Team
You’ll also work closely with designers, editors, copywriters, and content tea
