* Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and complete the day\-to\-day secretary work and limited billing and other delegated roles of admin staff.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure all daily services and "back sided" job related tasks running smoothly.
* Quality and Compliance: Monitor patient care quality and ensure the practice adheres to all necessary medical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, HIPAA.
* Liaison: Act as the primary communication link between the clinical team, administration, \& external parties.
* MUST PROVIDE A QUIET ENVIRONMENT with NO BACKGROUND NOISE DUE TO HIPPA/PROFESSIONAL SETTING FREE FROM CHILDREN
