How will you make an impact?
As a Sales Estimator in the Medical Gas Systems industry, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Field Sales team by providing accurate, compliant, and customized estimates for healthcare facilities. You will work closely with hospital personnel, contractors, and internal teams to evaluate on-site conditions, interpret project requirements, and propose tailored solutions for medical gas system installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Through your technical knowledge, strong customer relationships, and attention to detail, you’ll help deliver critical systems that support patient safety and healthcare outcomes.What will you do?Develops and maintains strategic customer relationships by proactively engaging with existing customers and new prospects to consistently achieve sales and TSS business goals.Identifies new opportunities: increasing the footprint of business and solutions with assigned customers, ensuring an attractive and sizeable qualified pipeline and high closing ratio.Work closely with hospitals, mechanical contractors and/or contractors, and field sales teams to assess project scope and gather required technical information.Visit job sites to perform field evaluations, take measurements, and assess infrastructure conditions relevant to medical gas systems.Review blueprints, specifications, and hospital compliance requirements to create accurate and competitive estimates.Recommend appropriate medical gas equipment and services based on NFPA 99 standards, facility needs, and project constraints.Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring all technical, regulatory, and safety considerations are addressed.Actively cultivate relationships with new and existing customers, including hospital administrators, facility managers, and project engineers.Maintain a consistent presence in your assigned territory, prospecting new business and supporting current clients.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, project management, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and project execution.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track project opportunities, and support forecasting efforts.How will you get rewarded?Compensation and BenefitsSalary range of $65,000- $87,000 ($72,000 - $96,500 OTE)
