We’re looking for an Executive Producer (Head of Video) to lead our video business; owning strategy, programming, distribution, and monetization across partners and modern platforms like YouTube and FAST Channels. This is not a traditional production role. This person will not be responsible for day\-to\-day content creation. Instead, they will operate as the leader of the video business and be responsible for defining what we make, where it lives, how it grows, and how it drives revenue. **The Role:** The Executive Producer (Head of Video) will own the vision, performance, and scalability of Fantasy Life’s video ecosystem. They will oversee a team of producers, technical directors, editors, and on\-air talent, ensuring that the content operation runs efficiently and delivers against clear audience and revenue goals. This role is responsible for building a repeatable, high\-performing content system, including developing formats, distribution strategies, and monetization pathways that extend beyond individual shows.
