About Our Client:Our client, a growing educational and professional development organization, is seeking an experienced Operations & Business Systems Instructor to teach and mentor students on business operations, process optimization, systems management, and practical strategies for becoming successful Operations & Business Systems professionals.This role is ideal for an experienced operations or business systems professional who is passionate about teaching and sharing real-world industry knowledge with aspiring operations specialists, business analysts, and systems management professionals.Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training sessions on business operations, systems management, and operational efficiency strategies. Teach students how to analyze, improve, and optimize business processes and workflows. Guide students on operational planning, process documentation, workflow automation, and systems integration techniques. Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world operational insights with students. Teach students how to use business systems, operational tools, and performance tracking methods. Train students on problem-solving, process improvement, project coordination, and operational best practices. Develop instructional materials, presentations, assignments, and practical business operations exercises. Facilitate workshops, process simulations, and interactive learning sessions. Mentor students on operational leadership, systems thinking, and business process management. Stay updated on operations management trends, business technologies, and systems improvement methodologies.RequirementsQualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 4–5 years of practical experience in operations management, business systems, process improvement, project coordination, or related fields. Strong understanding of business operations, workflow management, and systems optimization strategies. Experience working with operational systems, business tools, CRM/ERP platforms, or workflow management systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to teach operational and systems concepts clearly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business operations tools. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring operations professionals. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada. Preferred Qualifications: Experience facilitating workshops, professional training, or mentoring programs. Familiarity with project management methodologies, workflow automation, or business intelligence tools. Certifications in operations, project management, business analysis, or systems management are an advantage.
