In this role, you will be responsible for both monetizing our existing partner ecosystem and forging new, high-impact alliances with core banking platforms, digital banking providers, and financial technology infrastructure companies. This is a senior, revenue-generating role with significant influence over Incode's go-to-market strategy in the financial services vertical.What You’ll Own & DrivePartnership MonetizationDevelop and execute joint business plans with existing banking platform partners to drive mutual revenue growthIdentify and activate co-sell, resell, and referral opportunities within the current partner portfolioEstablish QBRs, performance metrics, and enablement programs to maximize partner productivityWork cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align partner activity with pipeline and revenue goalsNew Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and sign strategic partnerships with core banking platforms, digital banking providers, BaaS providers, and financial infrastructure companiesLead end-to-end partnership negotiations — from initial outreach through contract executionBuild compelling value propositions and business cases tailored to each partner's ecosystem and customer baseRepresent Incode at industry events, conferences, and partner summitsStrategic LeadershipServe as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for integrations, product features, and go-to-market initiatives that support partner successProvide executive-level reporting on partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and strategic milestonesMentor and guide junior partnership or business development team members as the function scalesYour Background15+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances — with a strong focus on banking, fintech, or financial services technologyProven track record of both monetizing existing partnerships and closing net-new partnership agreements with measurable revenue impactDeep relationships and domain expertise within the banking platform ecosystem (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Temenos, Meridian Link or similar)Experience structuring complex partnership agreements including co-sell, OEM, and referral arrangementsExceptional executive presence with the ability to engage C-suite and VP-level stakeholdersStrong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working alongside Sales, Legal, Product, and MarketingSelf-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentFamiliarity with identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, or digital onboarding is a strong plusAbility to travel up to 50% Why Incode?Mission with Meaning – Shape how billions of people prove identity—safely, simply, and ethically.Rocket-Ship Growth – Join at an inflection point where your strategies will compound in value for years.Elite Team & Backing – Work a truly global with top engineers, designers, and investors who share your ambition to dominate a category.Ownership & Autonomy – Operate like a founder with the resources of a unicorn.Global Impact – Every program you launch will reverberate across industries and continents.Ready to ignite the future of trust?Lead the narrative.
