This is a remote position.We are seeking a compassionate and highly professional Customer Support Specialist to join a growing telehealth organization. This role involves supporting patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across all touchpoints.
RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for patients and providers via phone, email, and chatHandle inquiries related to appointments, services, and platform usageResolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalismCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requestsMaintain accurate records of interactions and follow-upsUphold a strong standard of patient confidentiality and data privacyRequirementsFluency in English (spoken and written) is requiredPrevious experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare or telehealthStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalismExcellent problem-solving and follow-through skillsComfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and support platformsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with telehealth platforms or healthcare providersBackground in healthcare administration, nursing support, or similar fieldsMultilingual is a plus
