They understand the full system: creative, offer, conversion rate, platform dynamics, competition, and what to test next.At Sweat Pants Agency, we are hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth across Meta ads for DTC and ecommerce brands.This role is for someone who can run paid media and also think like a marketer.You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help us scale what works.If you've built or scaled your own eCommerce brand, we want to hear from you.If you love following SOPs and repeating the same campaign structure forever, this is not the job.If you love thinking, testing, and building frameworks that win, keep reading.RequirementsWhat You'll DoOwn paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTokBuild creative testing roadmaps — develop angles, write briefs for editors, analyze what's workingManage ad budgets ranging from $30k / mo to $1m / mo per clientDiagnose the full funnel — spot whether issues are creative, offer, or conversionCommunicate clearly with clients — present results, plans, and next stepsWork with UGC creators — source talent, write scripts, direct content when neededYou're A Great Fit If...You have hands-on experience scaling eCommerce brands:You've managed Meta Ads with real spend and can show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue)Bonus: You've built/operated your own Shopify store or eComm brandYou understand creative is the lever:You can pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and comments to generate new anglesYou've written UGC scripts or creative briefsYou can work with editors to create winning ad variationsVideo editing or design skills are a plusYou're a strategist, not a robot:You challenge assumptions and adapt fastYou don't blindly follow "best practices"You can explain what you're doing and whyYou have ownership and urgency:You act like it's your moneyYou move fast and follow throughYou don't wait to be told what to doBenefitsWhy This Role Is ExcitingThis is not a maintenance job.
