As we scale, these systems need to be reliable, maintainable, well governed, and capable of supporting increasingly complex business requirements.The Dynamics 365 Engineer will design, improve, and support Dynamics 365 solutions and business process automation, with a particular focus on Power Automate. You will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into practical platform solutions, and take ownership from discovery through to implementation and production support.This role is suited to someone who combines strong technical capability with clear communication and good judgement. Experience in application engineering, .NET, APIs, or middleware development would be valuable, but it is not essential. What matters most is the ability to build robust, scalable solutions that improve how teams work while maintaining the reliability and control expected in a regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDynamics 365 & Power PlatformDesign, configure, develop, and support solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for business process automation and system integrationWork with Dataverse and the wider Microsoft Power Platform to deliver maintainable business applicationsTroubleshoot Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Automate issues, including workflow failures and data inconsistenciesContribute to solution quality, maintainability, monitoring, and operational supportStakeholder Engagement & DeliveryWork directly with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify priorities, and propose suitable solutionsTranslate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plansExplain technical concepts, constraints, risks, and trade-offs clearly to non-technical audiencesTake ownership of work from requirements gathering through implementation, release, and supportProduce clear technical documentation and communicate progress, risks, and decisions effectivelyCollaborate with engineering, product, operations, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycleIntegrations & Application SupportSupport integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or third-party systemsWork with APIs, connectors, and connected business applicationsAssist with investigation and delivery of integration components where requiredEngage specialist application or .NET engineers where deeper middleware expertise is neededRequirementsEssentialStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365Strong experience with Power Automate, including workflows, connectors, error handling, and monitoringExperience with Dataverse and the wider Microsoft Power PlatformExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skillsAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiencesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityAbility to take ownership of work from requirements gathering through implementation and supportExperience working with APIs, integrations, or connected business applicationsPreferredBackground in application engineering, software development, or systems integrationExperience with C# and .NETExperience building or supporting middleware services, APIs, background processes, or integration componentsExperience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API ManagementExperience developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom connectors, or Power AppsExperience with SQL Server and relational databasesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deploymentExperience in financial services, payments, foreign exchange, or another regulated industryBenefits at VFXWe offer more than just perks—we offer ownership.Our benefits include:Generous Profit Share Plan (PSP)Potential Equity opportunities via the Company Share Option Plan (CSOP)Competitive salaryAnnual all-expenses paid company incentive trip abroa
