Ride with us into the future - sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!your missionAs our AR Accountant, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, keeping cash flow healthy and customer relationships strong. You'll join a remote-first team working in the fast-growing e-mobility sector, where precision and ownership matter.
You'll own the full accounts receivable cycle: from invoicing and payment follow-ups to reconciliations and working directly with collection agencies when needed. This isn't a back-office role where work disappears into a queue, you'll have clear visibility of your impact and direct collaboration with teams across the business.

Manage accounts receivable (AR), including customer follow-ups and payment remindersHandle incasso processing and manage communication with debt collection agenciesReconcile bank statements and process payment allocationsMaintain regular contact with customers to address outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepanciesMonitor AR aging reports and implement effective strategies to reduce outstanding debtsProcessing tickets, ensuring accurate payment allocations, and contributing to customer satisfactionSupporting month-end and year-end closing processesyour skills and qualificationsCompleted commercial apprenticeship (e.g., office clerk, tax clerk) or degree in business administration, finance, or similar fieldRelevant experience in finance or accounting, with an emphasis on accounts receivableStrong analytical skills and numerical proficiency; able to assess data accuratelyEffective multitasker who stays calm under pressureProactive and curious, always seeking improvements and staying updated on industry practicesAdaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments, handling shifting priorities wellStrong English and German or Dutch communication skills, both written and spoken, for interaction with our international teamwhat you can expect from usTake on a challenge in a fast-paced and growing industryResponsibility from day one - take full ownership of projects and follow a steep learning curveWe are an international, highly motivated team, in which teamwork comes firstA competitive salary (fix + KPI-driven bonus) and state-of-the-art technical equipmentYour growth is our priority.
