Addingwell is a server-side tracking solution that enables brands and their partner agencies to collect high-quality data in a reliable and privacy-friendly way. Part of the Didomi ecosystem, Addingwell serves a demanding clientele through a network of specialized agencies.The RoleAs Senior Server-Side Tracking Engineer, you become Addingwell's technical reference — on the client side, the agency side, and the product side. This role is designed for an expert who enjoys solving complex problems as much as explaining them clearly, and who can bridge the gap between technical and business.You take over and structure a high-impact scope: partner relations, day-to-day technical operations, documentation, and product collaboration.Your responsibilities are as follows:Agency Relations & Partner EnablementBe a key technical contact for Addingwell's partner agencies.Support agencies through their integrations: onboarding, deployments, and advanced troubleshooting.Create and maintain enablement resources (guides, FAQs, procedures) for partners.Set up feedback loops between agencies and internal teams to identify recurring pain points.Be the primary technical point of contact for technology partners (Google, Meta, etc.) and oversee integrations and certifications.Day-to-Day Technical OperationsEnsure the quality and reliability of server-side integrations for Addingwell clients.Investigate and resolve technical incidents (data collection, tagging flows, connectors).Collaborate with engineering to prioritize fixes and improve resolution times.Contribute to the evolution of internal tools, dashboards, and support processes.Technical DocumentationDrive Addingwell's technical documentation strategy (internal and client-facing).Write and maintain integration guides, API references, and troubleshooting procedures.Work with Product and engineering teams to ensure content consistency and currency.Product CollaborationRelay field feedback (clients, agencies) to the Product team to influence the roadmap.Participate in the design and rollout of new features, ensuring technical readiness for support.Proactively propose improvements that enhance the client and partner experience.Experience & Technical Skills6+ years of experience in a technical role (senior technical support, solutions engineer, technical consultant, etc.).Strong expertise in server-side tracking: GTM Server-Side.Good knowledge of JavaScript and tag management architectures (including GTM client-side).Hands-on experience with analytics tools: GA4, Piano Analytics, or equivalents.Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and debugging tools (Postman, Charles Proxy, etc.).Soft Skills & MindsetExcellent interpersonal skills: you can adapt your communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.Self-driven and detail-oriented: you manage your priorities and deliver reliably.A natural educator: you enjoy explaining, documenting, and sharing knowledge.Comfortable in a scale-up environment: you know how to build structure where there is none yet.Fluent in both English and French (required).Nice to HaveExperience in a digital agency or multi-client consulting environment.Knowledge of privacy, consent, and GDPR compliance issues in the context of tracking.Experience writing structured technical documentation (Notion, Confluence, GitBook, etc.).Desire to step into a technical lead role, with a mindset of being the go-to reference within the team.Applicants who contact employees directly regarding their application will not receive a response.
