Senior Producer New Platforms - Fully Remote

At SOFTGAMES, we’re looking for a Senior Producer, New Platforms to help shape the future of casual gaming. You’ll identify new platform opportunities, build product strategy, and turn them into successful businesses. Working closely with Business Development and Engineering, you’ll combine market research, player insights, and data to shape our games for each platform, from launch strategy and platform integrations to player experience, monetization, and long-term growth.We’re looking for someone with strong product thinking, great game design instincts, and a hands on approach to execution. You enjoy exploring new platforms, understanding what makes them successful, and turning ideas into products that grow through continuous testing, iteration, and optimization.Your role:Build the product strategy and roadmap for emerging gaming platformsBecome the internal expert on new platforms by understanding their audiences, platform capabilities, APIs, monetization models, discovery systems, and competitive landscapeIdentify new product opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, player feedback, and platform insightsDefine and prioritize product initiatives based on player impact, business value, and development effortAnalyze player behavior, funnels, retention, monetization, and A/B test results to make data driven product decisionsDesign and improve gameplay, onboarding, progression, monetization, and platform features that increase player engagement and business performanceOwn feature delivery from concept to launch by aligning priorities across teams, managing scope, and driving executionWork closely with Business Development to maximize platform opportunities, partnerships, and promotional activitiesCollaborate with Engineering to plan development, prioritize work, remove blockers, and deliver high quality features efficientlyCoordinate launches, measure performance, and continuously improve the product based on data and player feedbackBuild knowledge and best practices that help SOFTGAMES succeed on future platformsYour profile:5+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Development, or Game Design within free to play gamesStrong understanding of casual games, player motivation, progression, monetization, LiveOps, and product optimizationExcellent product instincts with the ability to turn market opportunities and player insights into successful featuresHighly analytical with strong experience using KPIs, funnels, retention metrics, monetization data, and experimentation to drive decisionsProven ability to lead cross functional projects from concept to launchCommercial mindset with a passion for growing products and exploring new opportunitiesComfortable working with technical teams and able to understand platform capabilities, APIs, and technical constraintsStrong prioritization, organization, and stakeholder management skillsEntrepreneurial, curious, and excited by emerging gaming platforms and new technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBased within CET ±2 hoursBenefits:SOFTGAMES offers a competitive package, including:Remote first - We have a flexible working setup.Flexible working hours - Structure your working hours to your needs.
