Graphic Artist – Mascot Factory (Poway, CA) Location: 12340 Stowe Drive, Suite B, Poway, CA 92064 Position: Remote Website: www.mascotfactory.com Schedule: Full\-time, on\-site Pay: $20 \- $25 (based on experience) Start: ASAP About Us: Mascot Factory is a growing company that sells personalized teddy bears and customized stuffed animal mascots to over 2,000 colleges and universities, 450\+ professional sports teams, promotional product distributors, souvenir distributors, and other wholesale gift markets. **What You’ll Do:** We are looking for a creative, fast worker who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and possesses a solid work ethic. While comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure your success, the ideal candidate will bring the following skills to the table: **Graphic Illustration: Strong foundational skills in graphic design and illustration.** AI Integration: Knowledge and ability to turn 2D graphic mockups into AI\-generated plush proofs to help clients visualize the final product. **Administrative Excellence: Strong organizational and administrative capabilities to manage multiple custom projects simultaneously.** Communication: Clear, professional, and effective communication skills for corresponding with both clients and internal production teams. **Typing Proficiency: Accurate and excellent typing skills for efficient customer correspondence and order processing.** Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem\-solving skills. **What We’re Looking For:** ● Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign ● Comfortable adhering to various brand guidelines for 2,000\+ clients ● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects ● Positive, fast\-working, and dependable with a proactive attitude ● Strong communication skills and a team\-oriented mindset ● Comfortable with PCs, Microsoft Office ● References required You’ll receive all the training and support you need to succeed in this role.
