Come join us!About the Role:As the Director of People Systems, you will lead AlphaSense’s global People technology strategy and serve as the functional owner of Workday to support our hyper-growth. Your mission is to ensure our systems—from our core HRIS to our performance and compensation tools—are scalable, integrated, and provide a frictionless experience for our 2,500+ global employees.What You’ll Do:Develop and execute the People technology roadmap and strategyAct as the global functional owner for Workday, develop and execute a strategy to optimize it, and ensure seamless integrations with downstream systemsLead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption of new tools to support AlphaSense’s growth and maturationPartner across the People team to design and execute people processes (e.g., performancemanagement, compensation, benefits, absence/leaves, employee engagement)Ensure our systems establish a single source of truth by prioritizing data integrity and consistencyPartner with the People Operations team to audit workflows and increase efficiency, automation, predictability, consistency, and audit-readiness of our processesPartner with our Payroll team on the implementation and consolidation of global payroll systemsLead the HR systems integration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless merging of disparate HR systems, databases, and processesDevelop systems and tools to provide robust reporting and data insightsLead, grow, and develop a team as the organization continues through a period of hyper-growthCollaborate with IT, Legal, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to data security, privacy, document retention, and compliance across the organizationWho You Are:10+ years of experience in HR systems, People Technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleYou are an accomplished People/HR systems and reporting professional with a proven track record working with Workday, Greenhouse, and Payroll systemsYou have experience defining and improving systems and scalable processes for a global workforce of 3,000+ employeesYou are a leader of leaders with the ability to inspire, grow, develop, and coach a teamYou thrive in fast-paced, rapidly growing organizationsYou are a strong communicator with the ability to drive organizational change through partnership with operational and business leadershipYou are detail-oriented and have experience managing large, global, enterprise-wide system implementationsYou are a pragmatic and thoughtful business partner who understands the importance of teamwork and collaborationYou are a skilled storyteller with the ability to turn quantitative data into a qualitative taleYou are a DEI champion and know how to use data to drive strategyYou have an exceptional ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Legal teamsFor base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.Base Compensation Range$167,000—$229,000 USDAlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer.
