With Megaport’s global Network-as-a-Service platform, customers now gain instant access to dedicated compute tightly paired with private, on-demand connectivity. Megaport is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Director of Sales Operations to lead operational strategy and execution for rapidly scaling compute-focused products. This role will own operational leadership for Latitude within Megaport, while helping scale systems, forecasting, quote-to-cash processes, sales analytics, and operational governance. This position will work closely with Commercial GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable operational foundations capable of supporting rapid growth and future expansion. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting high-growth technology organizations with complex revenue motions including channel, marketplace, consumption-based, and enterprise sales.What you’ll be doingLead Sales Operations strategy and execution globally for LatitudeBuild scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworksPartner with Sales Leadership to improve operational visibility and revenue predictabilityStandardize quote management, opportunity management, and sales process executionCollaborate with Systems & Tools teams to optimize Salesforce workflows, integrations, and reportingDrive operational readiness for new GTM initiatives, marketplace programs, and product launchesDevelop operational KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and business insightsImprove CRM adoption, data quality, and sales process consistencyCoordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and EnablementSupport AI-readiness initiatives through process standardization and data governance improvementsIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvementsSupport territory planning, compensation alignment, and sales productivity initiativesMentor and develop Sales Operations personnel supporting LatitudeWhat we are looking for10+ years of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations experience5+ years supporting high-growth technology organizationsStrong Salesforce CRM expertise and systems process knowledgeExperience supporting complex GTM motions including channel and marketplace salesStrong forecasting and operational analytics experienceExperience with quote-to-cash process optimizationStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing cross-functional operational initiativesAbility to operate effectively within fast-changing business environmentsWhat we offerFlexible working environmentsBirthday Leave, 12 weeks of parental leave (after 12 months continuous service), and 5 days of study leave.Creative, fun, and contemporary work environmentsMotivated team of industry experts and plenty of learning opportunitiesCelebrated success with internal awards programsHealth and wellness programGenerous performance bonus structure#DNIIf you have any questions, please reach out to Megaport's Talent Acquisition Team at Careers@megaport.comNOTE: All Megaport business correspondence is conducted via our business email accounts (@megaport.com).
