Be part of something big: be part of a mission-driven company transforming healthcare Work with exceptional people: join a smart, ambitious, and supportive team.Growth opportunities: join a company on an exciting growth journey, with ample opportunity for professional development.What you will be doingReporting to our Implementation Lead, you will be part of a growing team that spans both Implementation and Migrations - working across both workstreams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new customers and smooth transitions for those migrating their data to Semble.You'll have a primary focus on migrations (circa 60% of your time), including owning key day-to-day coordination tasks and running French-language client engagements end-to-end. The remaining time will be spent supporting implementations alongside our Implementation Managers.Responsibilities:Building templates and configuring system settingsMaintaining accurate records and documentationManaging time effectively, planning workload efficiently, and proactively flagging any potential delays in scheduled workManaging the migrations inbox, triaging and responding to inbound queries in a timely and professional mannerCoordinating and delivering data export requests.Attending and participating in client meetings, French and English speaking, capturing requirements and advising on the data migration process.Supporting the Delivery Manager with scheduling and keeping migration plans up to date in tools like HubSpot and JiraLiaising with third parties (e.g. previous software vendors) to gather data and align on timelinesWhat we are looking for2+ years of experience in a customer-facing operations role, ideally within SaaS or implementation supportBasic understanding of different data formats (e.g. CSV) and familiarity with database structures.A process driven mindset that thrives on structure and creating scalable, repeatable workflowsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and concurrentlyCustomer oriented, always striving for the best outcome for the customer and empathising with their needsA detail-oriented person who ensures accuracy in all documentation and tasksStrong documentation and workflow creation skills, with an ability to standardise processes for scalabilityA problem solver who proactively identifies process pain points and finds innovative solutionsAbility to collaborate across teams, acting as a bridge between them (CSMs, Implementation and Product)Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentA curious and process-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiencyYou can demonstrate your proactive approach to self-developmentBonus points for:Experience in Health tech or working with UK private healthcare providersPrevious experience implementing complex softwareWhat you’ll get in returnThe great feeling coming with knowing you do something that matters: shaping the future of healthcare!Autonomy and ownership – This is the opportunity to build a best-in-class new function from scratch36 days off: 25 holidays +bank holidays +3 extra days (birthday and ‘feel good’ days) - that we will expect you to take so you can recharge and rest.Private Health Insurance – covering physical and mental health, as well as dental and optical!Hybrid & flexible work environment – work from anywhere in the UK, with also some flexibility to work across Europe.
