With an extensive inventory of top industry brands — including Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Volvo, and Western Star — we serve buyers and sellers across the country. In addition to equipment sales, we offer in\-house financing, leasing options, and equipment purchasing, making us a one\-stop resource for trucking and construction professionals.
As we grow our national customer base, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients have an outstanding experience from first inquiry through post\-sale support.
**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner for Geneva Truck \& Equipment's buyers, sellers, and financing clients. This fully remote role is responsible for guiding customers through the sales and acquisition process, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring long\-term satisfaction that drives repeat business and referrals.
The ideal candidate understands the trucking or heavy equipment industry, communicates confidently with fleet owners, owner\-operators, and construction professionals, and takes genuine pride in delivering a best\-in\-class customer experience.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Customer Relationship Management**
\- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for active customers throughout the buying, selling, and financing process.
\- Build and maintain strong, trust\-based relationships with a portfolio of fleet operators, owner\-operators, contractors, and equipment buyers.
\- Conduct regular follow\-up touchpoints with customers post\-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding needs.
\- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through repeat purchases, trade\-ins, referrals, and financing renewals.
**Onboarding \& Deal Support**
\- Guide new customers through the purchasing and financing process, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and logistics are handled smoothly.
\- Coordinate with internal sales, finance, and title/licensing staff to ensure seamless deal closings.
\- Assist customers in understanding financing and leasing options, connecting them with the appropriate team members as needed.
\- Follow up on pending leads and quotes to move deals forward and reduce drop\-off in the sales pipeline.
**Issue Resolution \& Advocacy**
\- Serve as the customer's internal advocate, identifying and resolving concerns related to inventory, financing, titles, or delivery in a timely and professional manner.
\- Escalate unresolved issues to management with clear documentation and proposed solutions.
\- Track and log all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system to ensure full visibility across the team.
**Retention \& Growth**
\- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively reach out to customers who
