Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Production Software for a remote position within the United States.
The Inside Sales Representative, Production Software is responsible for driving recurring revenue growth through software and hardware maintenance renewals, customer retention, and strategic account expansion. This role serves as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging deep knowledge of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Production Software solutions to identify business needs, deliver value\-based recommendations, and uncover opportunities for additional software, services, and digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, maintain accurate forecasts, collaborate closely with field sales and product teams, and consistently exceed revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.

**What You'll Do**

* Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts with responsibility for renewal, retention, expansion, and growth objectives.
* Manage all aspects of the software and hardware maintenance renewal process within an assigned sales territory and/or book of accounts.
* Consistently engage existing customers to secure maintenance renewal revenue and identify opportunities for additional software, services, and support offerings.
* Develop and execute account growth strategies that identify opportunities for cross\-selling and upselling Production Software solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision\-makers within customer organizations.
* Manage and track quote requests while maintaining accurate forecasts, opportunity records, and account plans within Salesforce CRM.
* Generate sales proposals, maintain forecasts, create reports, and perform data management activities.
* Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and key performance indicators, including renewal rates, call activity, opportunity generation, retention, and upsell revenue.
* Analyze customer usage, business objectives, and market trends to proactively identify growth opportunities.
