To support our upcoming client acquisition pipeline, the Creative Production Division is immediately onboarding a remote Short\-Form Video Producer to manage the content development strategy across our corporate digital channels. **Comprehensive Compensation and Contract Structure** Please review the following structural parameters thoroughly prior to submitting an application. This position is structured strictly as an Independent Contractor (1099\) role operating on a pure\-commission model within the Creative Production Division. * There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed financial draw associated with this contract. * Financial compensation is derived directly from the quantifiable conversion of leads generated by the contractor's creative output. **Financial Incentives** * **The Client Signing Bonus:** The contractor will receive a flat cash bonus of \[$50\.00 \- $100\.00] immediately upon the execution of a formal management contract by an independent artist who entered the JUS Official Services acquisition funnel via the contractor's video content. * **Ongoing Management Revenue Share:** The contractor will receive a \[25%] share of the firm's gross management revenue generated by the signed artist for the initial 12 months of that artist’s contractual tenure. This revenue share applies to all monetized streams handled by the firm, including digital streaming royalties, live performance bookings, merchandise sales, and synchronization licensing. **Lead Attribution and Verification Tracking** To ensure transparency and operational accuracy, JUS Official Services utilizes a systematic attribution ledger. * **Distinct Asset Coding:** The contractor will be assigned specific behavioral call\-to\-actions and unique inbound phrases to embed within each video script. * **Direct Application Mapping:** Prospective clients responding to these indicators will be routed to a dedicated digital intake system where data attribution is automatically captured. * **Shared Performance Ledger:** The contractor will maintain view\-only access to a corporate tracking ledger updating the pipeline status of all incoming artists in real time, from initial review to fin
