Are you ready to join us?About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SAP PY Consultant to join our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team.In this role, you will support, maintain, and enhance SAP HR and payroll solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with local regulations. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, contributing to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems.As part of an AMS squad, you will deliver L2/L3 support and act as a subject matter expert in SAP Payroll, combining strong HR knowledge with technical capabilities, including integrations and system extensions.Key Responsibilities:Provide application support within AMS scope (incidents, service requests, and changes)Configure and maintain SAP HR / Payroll / SuccessFactors systemsCollaborate with diverse teams and work independently to deliver exceptional customer support for SAP HCM solutionAnalyse business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM solutionsProvide remote guidance to customers, leveraging SAP Best Practices and offering both operational and technical assistance.Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct training workshops for end-users.Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure optimal system performance and alignment with client needs.Work closely with global teams and technical expertsSupport the Customer Delivery Lead (CDL) in meeting SLA and service quality targetsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related fieldFluent in Polish and EnglishExperienced in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processesGood understanding of payroll regulationsStrong analytical skills and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentKey AdvantagesHands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralExperience with P2P integration processes and configuration (e.g., cross-module integrations, data flows)ABAP programming skills (debugging, enhancements, basic development)Experience working in an AMS / support environment (L2/L3)Understanding of SLA/KPI management and financial trackingFrom many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.SD Worx embraces diversity in the workplace.
