Client Advisory & Quality Control Manager

You'll be reviewing other bookkeepers' work and troubleshooting real accounting problems, so we need someone who already has strong technical bookkeeping judgment. **About the Role** As a **Client Advisory \& Quality Control Manager**, you will: * Review and QC other bookkeepers' work, catching errors, anomalies, and things that simply don't look right, not just working down a checklist * Independently troubleshoot accounting issues: investigate the cause, research what you don't know, and determine the fix * Compare financials across periods to spot unusual changes or trends, then dig into *why* they're happening * Take on bookkeeping cleanups, including messy balance sheets, reconciliation problems, misrecorded loans and assets, historical coding issues, odd account balances * Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling requests and keeping them supported and informed * Meet with clients to review financial statements, explain what the numbers mean, and offer guidance toward their goals * Act as the bridge between clients and our internal team, ensuring clear communication and follow\-through This role has real room to grow.
