If you enjoy building, testing, optimizing, and adapting quickly, you will feel right at home.To learn more, please visit: https://takeprofittrader.comPosition OverviewWe are hiring a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to lead strategy and execution across our social ads efforts.This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing a large-scale paid social acquisition channel across Meta and other social platforms.The ideal candidate is a senior-level performance operator who understands how to scale paid social programs through disciplined testing, creative iteration, and data-driven decision making.This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, identify opportunities quickly, and continuously refine performance. You must be comfortable managing large budgets of $400k/mo+.Position ResponsibilitiesYou will lead strategy and execution across paid social acquisition campaigns while collaborating with internal teams and supporting the broader acquisition organization.Responsibilities include: Own strategy and execution across various social platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), X, TikTok, etc.Manage and scale monthly paid social platforms while maintaining target KPI benchmarksDesign and maintain campaign architecture, scaling frameworks, and budget allocation strategiesImplement and manage structured creative testing pipelines to identify scalable winning conceptsCollaborate closely with internal creative teams to develop high-performing direct-response ad creativeContinuously analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling signalsDevelop and execute horizontal and vertical scaling strategiesManage campaign pacing and performance while accounting for signal lag and attribution windowsPartner with internal teams on landing pages, conversion improvements, and funnel optimizationMaintain clear reporting frameworks and communicate insights to senior leadershipSupport and mentor junior media buyers when appropriateQualifications5–8 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads in performance-driven environmentsProven experience managing meaningful monthly ad spend in acquisition-focused programsStrong understanding of Meta campaign architecture, bidding strategies, and performance optimizationExperience scaling campaigns while maintaining stable cost targets past $400k in monthly spendStrong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and data analysisExtremely high attention to detail and disciplined executionDetailed understanding around attributionStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience operating independently in fast-paced acquisition environmentsAbout You
