OverviewNational Debt Relief is looking for an eager Intern to learn about recruiting! This is a full-time position (40 hours) that will allow you to immerse yourself in a fast-paced and collaborative environment—with exposure to various elements of recruiting and beyond. We're a close-knit group, so a positive, cooperative, can-do attitude and ability to function as part of a team are paramount.This is a remote opportunity set to start as soon as possible!ResponsibilitiesUtilize our ATS (iCIMS) to identify and source qualified candidatesReview candidate profiles and resumesScreen candidates for high-volume recruiting needsProvide additional support to recruiting and HR teams as neededQualificationsMust be a recent graduate or a student in an accredited undergraduate degree programGeneral knowledge or willingness to learn about recruiting initiatives and methodsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to multitaskAbility to work well independently and in a team-oriented environmentMust be proficient with MS Office suite (primarily Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Compensation InformationOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
