Remote Delivery Confirmation Specialist

**Job Overview** We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Remote Delivery Confirmation Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and confirming the successful delivery of shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining seamless communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams. Your expertise will help optimize delivery processes, uphold trade compliance standards, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient warehouse operations from a remote setting while utilizing advanced inventory management and shipping logistics systems. **Duties** * Confirm delivery status by tracking shipments through Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanners * Communicate with carriers and drivers to verify delivery times, conditions, and any discrepancies or issues * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery notes using data entry tools and inventory management software * Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment, packing, and shipping logistics for timely dispatch * Monitor international trade regulations and trade compliance requirements during the confirmation process * Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies by investigating shipment data and coordinating with relevant departments * Support order picking, packing, and loading/unloading activities as needed to ensure smooth warehouse distribution **Requirements** * Proven experience with warehouse operations including shipping \& receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management software such as AS400 or ERP systems * Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management tools, and shipping logistics platforms * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes * Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers safely * Strong attention to detail with basic math skills for verifying quantities and calculations during order processing * Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams * Knowledge of international trade regulations and trade compliance standards is a plus * Previous warehouse experience involving stocking, RF scanning, packaging, and order picking is highly desirable Join us as a Remote Delivery Confirmation Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring our shipments reach their destinations accurately and on time.
