**Maintenance Coordinator \| Property Management \| Remote or Phoenix Office \| $25/hr Equivalent Salary** **Company:** Opulent Real Estate Group **Location:** Remote or Central Phoenix Office **Schedule:** 40 hours per week **Compensation:** Salary equivalent to $25/hour based on a 40\-hour work week **About the Role** Opulent Real Estate Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to support our busy property management company. This role is responsible for managing maintenance requests, coordinating vendors and tenants, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and professionally across our portfolio. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can keep multiple work orders moving at once while delivering excellent customer service. **Responsibilities** * Receive, process, and track maintenance work orders * Coordinate with tenants, owners, and vendors to schedule repairs * Follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion * Obtain repair quotes and communicate approvals when needed * Maintain accurate records in property management software * Prioritize emergency maintenance issues appropriately * Monitor vendor performance and invoice submissions * Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text * Help ensure maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently **Qualifications** * Previous property management or maintenance coordination experience preferred * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly * Comfortable working remotely and independently * Experience with property management software is a plus * Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and online systems **What We Offer** * Flexible remote or in\-office work environment * Competitive salary equivalent to $25/hour based on a 40\-hour work week * Stable full\-time schedule * Fast\-paced and team\-oriented culture * Opportunity to grow within a busy real estate company **Ideal Candidate** You are detail\-oriented, responsive, dependable, and enjoy helping solve problems.
