About the RoleSafeRide Health is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead data and analytics initiatives that drive business insights and operational excellence. This role blends technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to transform complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. You will play a key role in advancing SafeRide’s mission by improving how we leverage data to reduce barriers to care and enhance outcomes for the populations we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of analysts and/or analytics engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvementDefine and execute an analytics roadmap aligned with SafeRide’s strategic goalsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutionsOversee data modeling, reporting, dashboard development, and advanced analytics initiativesCollaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable data pipelinesAnalyze large and complex datasets to generate insights that drive business performance and decision-makingEstablish and enforce best practices in data governance, reporting, and visualizationCommunicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and business processes through analytics and system design enhancementsMonitor and optimize performance of queries, dashboards, and reporting systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-related rolesAt least 2+ years of experience in a leadership or people management capacityStrong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousingHands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Teradata, or similar)Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems (e.g., Spark, Hive, Hadoop ecosystem)Preferred QualificationsProven track record of delivering measurable business impact through analytics or BI initiativesExperience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWSStrong expertise in BI tools and OLAP technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE)Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, Java, etc.)Experience across multiple database systems and data platformsStrong understanding of system design and scalable analytics architectureExperience in query optimization and performance tuningBenefitsWe offer a remote-first work environment, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits including: Career growth and development opportunities in a mission-driven organization; Competitive salary, annual bonus opportunities, and equity options; Remote with flexible hours; Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match; Generous PTO, paid company holidays, and paid parental leave.About SafeRide HealthSafeRide Health is a technology and services company dedicated to reducing barriers to care by improving the delivery of non-emergency medical transportation to people across America.
