Job Family:IT Project ManagementTravel Required:NoneClearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:Metrix is Guidehouse’s core, proprietary healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) platform. It is a web‑based system used by hospitals and managed services teams to manage receivables end‑to‑end—bringing together data ingestion, workflow automation, analytics, and executive‑level reporting into a single operating platform.At a practical level, Metrix aggregates revenue cycle data from multiple client systems each day, evaluates and prioritizes accounts, and routes work through automated, task‑based workflows to drive faster resolution, improved collections, and greater operational transparency. Leadership dashboards provide real‑time visibility into KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), productivity, denials, A/R (Accounts Receivable), and cash performance, with the ability to drill from summary views down to individual accounts.Lead Product Manager Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of Metrix projects by partnering with engineering and Metrix business leads to drive cross-functional delivery in turn providing clear status, risk, and dependency communication. The position would oversee modernization, enhancements, ongoing operations, governance cadence, and escalation/decisioning.
What You Will Need:Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related fieldStrong technical background and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to engage with executive stakeholdersExperience in defining product metrics and implementing data driven product planning processesWhat Would Be Nice To Have:Relevant certifications in project management or product management (SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Certifications)Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically revenue cycle managementProven ability to transition from high-level strategic planning to detailed executionThe annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00.
