Marketing AssistantType: Part-time / Full-time (flexible)Location: RemoteReports to: CEO & Creative Director About the RoleWe're looking for a highly organised Marketing Assistant to keep the operational side of our agency running smoothly - while also supporting our in-house email marketing efforts.You'll be the person who makes sure content gets scheduled, clients are kept in the loop, and nothing falls through the cracks. On top of that, you'll help build and send email campaigns for our own brand using Kajabi and Go HighLevel (full training provided).This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You don't need to be a strategist we'll give you the strategy and systems to follow. You just need to be reliable, organised, and great at getting things done. What You'll Be DoingAgency Client Work:•Scheduling and publishing content across client accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)•Managing day-to-day client communications in group chats (updates, approvals, questions)•Posting Stories for clients at optimal times•Basic community management (comments, DMs) where required•Ensuring smooth handover of assets from the creative team to clients•Flagging any major issues or strategic questions to the CEO Email Marketing (for Sleek Marketing):•Building and scheduling email campaigns in Kajabi /Go HighLevel•Following provided templates, copy, and strategy you're executing, not creating from scratch•Monitoring email performance and flagging results•Keeping email lists clean and segmented Who We're Looking For•Extremely organised - you love systems, checklists, and making sure nothing slips•Excellent written communicator - professional, friendly, and clear•Confident navigating social media platforms and scheduling tools (Asana, Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite, etc.)•Comfortable learning new tools - training will be provided on Kajabi and Go HighLevel•Reliable and deadline-driven - if you say it's done, it's done•Happy following systems - you don't need to create the strategy, you just need to follow it well•Looking for a stable role within an agency - not someone building their own business on the side Nice to Have (Not Essential)•Previous experience with email marketing platforms•Familiarity with Kajabi or Go HighLevel•Experience working in a social media or marketing agency•Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook best practices What We Offer•Flexible remote working•Training on all tools and systems•Clear SOPs so you always know what to do•A supportive team environment•Room to grow as the agency scales Please mention the word **THOUGHTFULNESS** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MWMxZTo4MzUyOjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjg6MWMxZTo4MzUyOjox).
