Reporting to our Senior Corporate Counsel, you will work across the full breadth of the corporate legal function at a publicly traded cyber resilience company. This position is well suited for a resourceful, detail\-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and seeks to build expertise across multiple legal disciplines. **What You'll Do...** * Support the preparation and review of SEC filings and proxy season activities, including benchmarking and regulatory research. * Prepare board and committee materials, governance documentation, and maintain corporate records. * Support the sanctions program, including screening alerts, researching flagged entities, and coordinating with internal stakeholders on escalation and resolution activities. * Coordinate sustainability and governance assessments and support the preparation of Commvault's annual Sustainability Report. * Support M\&A transactions, Treasury matters, commercial legal projects, and other cross\-functional initiatives as needed. * Assist with litigation, including coordinating with outside counsel and supporting discovery and case management activities. * Research, draft, and recommend updates to corporate policies, track policy review cycles, and coordinate cr
